Every proposal you create will have a ‘current’ status and will vary depending on where you are in the process. Your proposal status will be one of the following:
A proposal will remain in draft status until it is sent for the first time. You can edit the content of your proposal at any time, prior to sending.
A proposal that has been sent, but the recipient has not yet responded. Your proposal content can be updated at this stage and when updates are made the recipient will be notified of the changes. A pending proposal counts as an ‘active’ proposal and will contribute to your plan total.
Approved status is when your recipient has approved your proposal. From here you can no longer edit your proposal, but it can be viewed at any time. Approved proposals will be included in your ‘Approved’ analytics.
Declined status is when your recipient has declined your proposal. From here you can no longer edit your proposal, but it can be viewed at any time. Declined proposals will be included in your ‘Declined’ analytics.
Any proposal can be assigned the ‘archived’ status. An archived proposal cannot be edited and will be excluded from all analytics.
