Contacts are a list of predefined recipients that you can send Proposals to. You can add additional information to your contacts and assign them to a ‘company’. If you send a proposal to a recipient that is not in your contacts, they will be automatically added.
Contacts are intended for you to keep a record of all of the recipients you send to and as a convenience when sending multiple proposals to the same recipient.
At a minimum, a contact requires:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
